In around 1990 Established “HTOO” Marine Products Sales Center at No.B/43, Gant Gaw Main St, Bayint Naung, Mayagone Tsp, Yangon, converted from family business.
In this Business, the marine products sold daily are,

At 2018, Established “TREASURE LAND ASIA INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED” with the leading of Founder and Chairman U Thaw Lin Tun. After established he collect all the companies and business under the name of “Treasure Land Group of Companies”.
